Our telecentric F-Theta focusing lenses for 1064 nm are made of high-quality optical glass. The impact angle of the laser beam is close to 90° in the whole working area.
They enable high precision focusing of laser beams in the working area, with minimal telecentric error, making them suitable for the most challenging applications.
Especially when the variation of spot symmetry and angle of incidence, would be a problem for the precise processing of the material.
