These scan systems combine collimator module, galvanometer scanner, F-Theta objective, air knife and interface control card – perfectly matched for optimal performance. Optionally also with adapter for camera and process monitoring.
Depending on individual demands, project-specific customizations can be made to the models to meet your requirements.
